It also used the power-assisted 4-piston front/2-piston rear ventilated disc brakes with Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) with electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD) and Brake Assist. The Toyota Racing Development (TRD) manufactured a limited-production “TRD Special Edition” FJ Cruiser made up of TRD performance exhaust, suspension components and air filter. This special edition is available in an all black paint finish, black roof and gunmetal gray wheels.
