The Pontiac Parisienne is a full-size rear-wheel drive car that was introduced by Pontiac Motors Division to the North American market in 1977. It was based on the GM B-body platform, which was also used by Oldsmobile 88 starting that introductory year. It received a major redesign in 1980 where its body panel was improved with new sheet metals. The car would last until the 1985 model year and would eventually be replaced by the Pontiac Bonneville after 1985.
