Merkur Seatbelt

Merkur was a short-lived automobile badge marketed by the Ford Motor Company from 1985 to 1989. It was one of the few attempts of Ford Motor Company to market European cars in the United States of America and Canada. Merkur is the German name of Mercury. It had only two models, namely, the Merkur XR4Ti and the Merkur Scorpio. The Merkur XR4Ti was the three-door hatchback version of the Ford Sierra. On the other hand, the Merkur Scorpio was the American version Ford Scorpio. The Merkur Scorpio was a five-door hatchback.
