Further, it serves as your hind sight by simply glancing on these mirrors before making any crucial road actions such as changing lanes or overtaking, without taking off your attention from the road too long. It is much easier and safer to glance or glimpse once a while than turning your head around, or putting your head outside just to check on the surroundings.
