Suzuki Fan Shroud

If your engines been overheating and you’ve found that you’re breaking down frequently, there may be a problem with your cooling system. Your engine runs super hot and needs the cooling system to dissipate some of the heat it puts off. Your cooling system can eliminate about 1/3 of the heat produced by the engine when functioning properly. The primary component of your cooling system is the radiator fan. Every radiator fan consists of three major parts: the fan motor, fan blade, and fan shroud. Your fan motor powers the radiator fan and rotates the fan blades. You can have anywhere from four to eleven fan blades on your radiator fan. The fan blades spin and create the air flow needed to cool your engine down. Besides protecting your fingers from the fan blades, the Suzuki fan shroud also protects the fan blades from any kind of damage. It is a heavy-duty plastic hood that covers the fan blades and prevents the recirculation of air around the fan.
