An electronically controlled engine mount on the other hand are improved versions of the hydraulic engine mount. It has two chambers filled up with a silicon fluid. These chambers are joined together by large and small orifice valves. It is also equipped with a vacuum motor and a Power train Control Module (PCM) controls to operate the large valves.
